Rocky Mountain Wildlife Conservation Center is a non-profit entity and operates under the name of The Wild Animal Sanctuary. The non-profit is an Internal Revenue Service designated 501(c)3 charitable organization, and files annual 990 tax returns – as well as has its financial records audited.
