Choose one of four days to visit The Wild Animal Refuge this year. These dates and events are only open to Founders that have purchased one or more acres at the Refuge.

About the Event
Gates to the Refuge open at 9:00 AM each day (Thursday the 11th - Sunday the 14th). Â Founders will be able to drive their own vehicle around a designated route through the Refuge, and will also be able to stop at the Refuge's Operations Complex for Food & Refreshments. Â Sanctuary and Refuge Staff will be at the Complex and be happy to answer Founders' questions.
Gates will close at 3:00 PM each day, so all Founders will need to be off property by that time. Â Given most people will travel long distances to reach the Refuge, most will need to stay overnight in Springfield, CO or La Junta, CO at one of the Hotels or Motels that are available. Â Special emails with additional details will be sent to all Founders that are planning to attend - and have officially registered to attend the event.
